Chef Don Perry takes great pride in developing products to wow your tastebuds!

Don has more than 25 years of culinary experience with roots in the Midwest and experience across the Globe. As a former U.S. Army service member, Don has displayed his expertise from Texas to Asia to the Pentagon and most places in between. Having taught Culinary Arts at Fort Bliss Army Base in Texas, his knowledge and palette are impeccable and his creativity is boundless. Trophies and certificates from countless competitions boast his elite abilities and clear passion for food.

Our meat products are not only slow-smoked, but seasoned and brined with in-house recipes to create the perfect bite, tear, and pull every time.
